Tyler Savage is a dedicated Family Nurse Practitioner with a strong background in emergency medicine, cardiology, home health, and patient-centered care. Originally from Thatcher, Arizona, he grew up in a small-town community that emphasized hard work and service. He earned his Associate of Science from Eastern Arizona College, a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and Outdoor Recreation from Southern Utah University, and later completed his Master of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain University. With certifications in ACLS, PALS, BLS, and CPR instruction, Tyler has worked in nearly every hospital department, bringing a well-rounded approach to healthcare.

Tyler and his wife, Becky, have been married for nearly 20 years and have five children. Their family felt an immediate connection to Rangely and its strong sense of community, making it the perfect place to live and serve. He believes in forming genuine connections with his patients and providing personalized care that treats the whole person, not just their condition. Outside of medicine, he enjoys jewelry making, taxidermy, gardening, and shooting. He finds relaxation in the outdoors, whether hunting, fishing, or rockhounding with his children. Passionate about community and quality healthcare, he is excited to serve Rangely District Hospital and make a meaningful impact on his patients and neighbors.
