• Allow 10 Business Days for your request to be processed. 
• We will send you an encrypted file through a platform called Cisco; this does require you to sign up for a free account.
• Be sure to check your spam/junk folder, adn add <medrecs@rdhosp.org> to your "Safe Sender" Contacts to allow communication from our department.
• Large files may require a USB to be the preferred delivery; all flash drives are encrypted and passwords are mailed seperately.
