Service Availability 

This policy establishes a process for Rangely District Hospital (RDH) to provide patients and visitors with accurate information regarding the availability of services related to reproductive, LGBTQ, and end-of-life healthcare. It applies to RDH and affiliated entities, ensuring compliance with Colorado’s "Patients' Right to Know Act." RDH will maintain and distribute a 'Service Availability Form' detailing available and restricted services, which will be updated annually or as service changes occur, and provided to patients during scheduling, registration, and upon request. Medical Assistance Program

Attention Uninsured Patients

Rangely District Hospital offers significant discounts for medically necessary care for uninsured, low income patients. Please see Admissions or Business Office to pick up an application.

Price Transparency

If you are covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to consult with your health insurer to determine accurate information about your financial responsibility for a particular health care service provided by our facility and/or provider.

If you are not covered by health insurance, you are strongly encouraged to contact our billing office at 970-675-5011 to discuss payment options prior to receiving any health care services from our facility and/or provider; since posted health care prices may not reflect the actual amount of your financial responsibility.
